SHIPPING POLICY

1. TRANSIT PROTOCOL
Our global distribution network is optimized for speed and precision. Once an order is processed, the standard delivery window is 4 to 6 business days for most international locations.

2. VARIABLE DELAYS (WEATHER & LOGISTICS)
While we maintain a high success rate, please be aware that external factors beyond our control—such as extreme weather conditions, high seasonal volume, or regional carrier disruptions—may occasionally impact delivery timelines. Zenlora Collective is not responsible for these environmental delays, but we provide full tracking transparency for every unit shipped.

3. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are verified, quality-checked, and dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your unit leaves our facility.

4. SHIPPING COORDINATES
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect coordinates provided at checkout, the cost of re-shipment will be the customer's responsibility.

5. CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country's regulations.
